4. Responsible for supervision and monitoring of the instrument testing, installation, calibration and
commissioning of process control instruments in the field of MAINTENANCE
Experience includes testing, calibration, and commissioning of switches, gauges, transmitters, analyzers
and pneumatic control valves.
• Hands on experience in construction & commissioning of High pressure wells
• Hands on experience in fire & gas instruments systems and toxic and flammable detectors.
• Hands on experience in construction & commissioning of Beam pump, proportional circulating
pump oil wells.
• Hands on experience in water injection, steam injection and polymer injection systems
• Hands on experience in RTU, RPC, and GATEWAY installation and commissioning.
• Establishing SCADA communication.
• Hands on experience in construction and commissioning of MSV, RMS, &RGMS systems.
• Reviews of documents like Calibration reports, Data sheets, P&ID, Loop drawings, and impulse leak
test reports and cable continuity reports.
• Construction of PT and FT as per HOOK-UP drawing.
