GlobalCom is not known or heard of in the market; whenever
we present the first question is give us case studies of work done for
Indian companies overseas (and we have none)
Indian companies when overseas still try to (largely but slowly
changing) think in INR interms of budgets not Dollars or Euros
Abundance of manpower means the clients also can invest in
their own teams for PR and a lot of them actually do
Specialization is murmured around but has not really taken
off
Fascination for monolithic global networks; but not everyone
But, it is not easy and very complex…
