 s/m fibroid 3x3 cm,pedunculated and coming
out from cervix.
 Complete inversion of uterus.
 s/m myoma excision-vaginally.
 Reversal of inversion of uterus and
reconstruction of posterior wall with v-lock
suture-laproscopy.
