Programming skills summary:
Knowledge of several programming languages, namely; C, C+, C++, C#, Visual
Basic, Python and Java. In addition, I also possess database skills which include
SQL, as well as Oracle.
Objective:
To become a leader for a new initiative the company might propose regarding
the abovementioned skills.

2. Projects:
 Firstsemester of 2007:
o Developed MasterMind, as a sole programmer; was a Dr.Scheme
based language game.
o Developed a Search Engine, as a sole programmer. The engine
simply searched for words, phrases and/or sentences within a
given database.
o Designed and developed a semi functional website that mainly
acted as a forum (Team leader of a group of 5).
 Second semester 2007:
o Developed a game called “Ludo” as a sole programmer. The game
was completed using C#, VisualBasic and Java scripting.
o Designed and developed a fully functional website that mainly
concentrated on selling action figures also as a solo programmer.
 Firstsemester 2008:
o Designed a full databaseschema for a proposed program.
 Second Semester 2008:
o Designed a fully functional website which included buying, selling
and posting comments and/or suggestions regarding action
figures (Team Leader of a group of 5).
The website was designed using HTML, .asp, Java and Visual Basic
scripting.
 FirstSemester 2009:
o Developed a protocol called SMIP (Simple Mail Integrity Protocol)
which solved an issue with the current DKIM protocol used by
Google (Team Leader of a group of 5).
The SMIP protocol solved the “replay attack” issue that DKIM was
suffering from. Our group was intended to be interviewed by
Australian Google representatives.

3. o Developed a DVD rental software that was ready to be deployed
as the main programmer using C++ (Team Leader of a group of 2).
Firstyear in Zain June 2011:
o Obtained certificates in SQL, PL/SQL and systems’ administration
fromInfocenter.
o Designed a minor modification in Zain’s credit card payment
system.
o Designed the SMS thank you messagefor Zain payments.
o Technically implemented the Zain Campus service which offers
free calls fromdesignated University Campuses.
o Implemented a process in Zain that prevents fraudulent cases of
bonus services.
o Given the authority to approve modifications done on Zain’s
primary databases.
o Implemented several Zain recharge campaigns which sends a
messageto the subscriber and offers services.
 Second year in Zain 2012:
o Became the owner of Zain’s Subsidy system which offers the
subscriber a discount on the device price based on their monthly
subscriptions.
o Implemented a process that terminates inactive prepaid SIM cards,
as well as an email notification of the deleted subscribers.
o Implemented and became the owner of Zain’s “Buy n Win”
campaign which was a draw upon the customer’s purchase of a
device based on the subscriptions of that subscriber.
 Each subscriber had the chance to win a prize – the higher
the subscribers werepaying per month, the better the gift.

4.  Second year in Zain 2013:
o Implemented a process for Zain’s credit card payment which
eliminates credit cards that were declined for 3 consecutive
months which also notifies by email the details of those credit
cards.
o Implemented a report for Zain’s employees’ which provides the
decrypted PUK codes of a selected contract (which may include
more than 10000 numbers).
o Implemented a process for Zain’s Mobile TV services to prevent
fraudulentcases of Mobile TV usage.
 This process also prevents fraudulent cases with Roaming
operators.
 Third year in Zain 2014:
o Implemented a new commitment process that was supposed to
be submitted by a vendor but later on was done by myself due to
the price negotiation issues.
 The new commitment system is related to the dynamic
commitment period offers that are being provided by Zain.
o Became the owner and implementer of Zain’s Data Sharing service
instead of the vendor
 I was the implementer of the data sharing back-end system
and its entirety.
 Fourth year in Zain 2015:
o Implemented other functionalities for the data sharing service
that were required by the business.
 These features include;
 Multiple shared lines from a single main line
 Multiple data sharing rules for multiple main lines
o Implemented a new feature that was also supposed to be
submitted by the vendor but was refused due to price
negotiations; the new feature is related to installing and/or
disconnecting multiple quantities of a single service.

5. o Working with Ericsson to complete a major migration (from the
currentsystem)
 Fifth year in Zain 2016
o Almost done with the migration project(Ericsson).
 Currently:
o Still working as a Zain employee under the Service Management
department with 5+ years working experience.
