2. C O Y O TA C O
Capacity:
150 in the party room + 20-30 in the dining area + 15 more outdoors.
Cost:
$20,000 for full venue exclusivity.
Pros:
Super cool location with all of the top party folks currently doing
events there. Great food. The ability to rent out the entire venue or
just the dining or party room, if we please. Amazing location.
Synopsis:
The premier taco spot in all of Miami, Coyo is located in the heart of
Wynwood. It has an outdoor seating area outside of it’s main doors
and seats about 20 once you walk inside. The real attraction to
Coyo (besides the AMAZING tacos), is the “hidden” party room in
the back. There is an old school “diner-style” door that most folks
think leads to another kitchen, when it actually leads invited
guests to a dark party room home of the coolest influencer events
in Miami right now.
Cons:
Small.
3. M A P S
Capacity:
3000
Cost:
$35,000
Pros:
AMAZING Space and great art potential with all of the bare wall
space. They have also worked with Fortune 500 companies
plenty of times so they have a keen understanding of making
events such as this one come alive in the proper way within their
space.
Synopsis:
MAPS Backlot is a 10,500 square foot outdoor studio and
event space located in Wynwood Art District. Truly an urban
oasis, MAPS offers both flexibility and privacy, in the heart of
one of the country's trendiest neighborhoods. A dedicated
1,200sq ft interior space compliments the main space, and a
2,500sq ft back parking lot offers more room for back of
house or additional event space.
Cons:
It is outdoor only so inclement weather is a real concern. High cost
of rental.
4. T O E J A M B A C K L O T
Capacity:
2500
Cost:
$30,000+
Pros:
Great location, massive space, stage already setup and already
wired for all sound needs. They also have great green room and VIP
areas that are hidden from public view.
Synopsis:
Toejam Backlot probably has the most desired location in all of
Wynwood and is already decked out with really cool (and
somewhat kitschy) decorations. The space has been used for
movies, television shows, music videos and more. They also host
the annual VIBES party, which we can also partner with. The party
is in it’s 5th year and is one of the premier events of Basel in
Wynwood and they have partnered with everyone from Jonathan
Mannion to Derick G to Lil Wayne to 2 Chainz to… and the list goes
on, as the hosts for the event. Toejam is the oldest and most iconic
venue outside of the Wynwood Diner in all of Wynwood.
Cons:
Price. Also, a lot of folks activate here every year, so it is difficult to
“own” the venue. Currently, Adidas is looking to secure the venue for
the entire week, so we would need to move fast to get a contract in
with them.
5. B U I L D I N G . C O
Capacity:
300
Cost:
$17,000
Pros:
Great indoor and outdoor space on the 3rd floor (which is where
we would be activating).
Synopsis:
BUILDING is Miami's premier collaborative workspace
designed for growing tech companies and individuals
serving the tech ecosystem. BUIDLING is similar to
Neuehouse, Soho House and many of the other shared work
spaces around the country. It has a great look and can serve
as a party space, a space for hosted talks and more.
Cons:
Smaller venue than most of the others, also it is located in the
Brickell area, not in Wynwood. We would probably need to do the
Sprinter idea we discussed to get people to the location.
6. L O U L A V I E
Capacity:
450
Cost:
$20,000
Pros:
Being able to activate within this space with those classic
Ferraris and Lamborghinis, etc is AWESOME. They have
tremendous wall space and we can also project onto the
massive 50 foot wall adjacent to the venue with the NB logo.
Synopsis:
Lou La Vie is Miami’s premier exotic car rental agency. Providing
only pinnacle automobiles for celebrities, professional athletes,
CEO’s, and enthusiasts. The space is a blank canvas for us to be
able to activate in and included in the pricing is our choice to keep
any of the exotic vehicles that have made Lou La Vie famous. It is
roughly 7500 sq ft and has outdoor parking available. They also
have a great outdoor wall that we can paint for the activation.
Cons:
It isn’t a HUGE space compared to some of the others and it is in
that weird downtown meets Wynwood type of area that’s about 5
mins away by car from the heart of Wynwood. It’s in the gap
between midtown-wynwood-downtown.
7. P R I V AT E K E Y
Capacity:
700
Cost:
$35,000
Pros:
This space is a blank canvas of awesomeness. I really liked the
projector system they have set up, where the main room can
project across every single wall for some really great branding
opportunities. The outdoor courtyard is another great branding
opportunity as well. The management likes to keep the events
“private” so they have ways to keep folks on the outside from
looking in, too.
Cons:
It is almost TOO big. We would need to have enough pictures/
displays/etc to make this massive space not feel empty. Cost is high.
Synopsis:
The Private Key Club is 5000 sq ft of fully air-conditioned and
customizable event space located in Wynwood, Miami’s Art’s
District. The west, south, and east walls of the space serve as
projection screens; with the main bar on the north end of the
building, and an expansive food prep area hidden behind the
south wall, topped by 32′ high ceilings. There is a pulley system
installed in the roof connecting the food prep area with bar area
designed for aerialists and waitresses to serve food, drink and/or
excitement from the ceilings. On-site Wifi provides high speed
internet access to all clients and guests.
8. B R I C K
Capacity:
450
Cost:
$25,000
Pros:
Great central Wynwood location. Already known for really good
parties. Management is open to letting us wheat-paste or paint
over the courtyard walls with branded artwork.
Synopsis:
Brick is one of the best known bar venues in Wynwood. It attracts
all types of folks and is a fixture in the art scene. It is mostly
outdoors and is fully packed during every Basel.
(FORMERLY KNOWN AS BRICKHOUSE)
Cons:
Management is hesitant to not let regular folks in during branded
events. They like to accommodate their regulars and brand guests
as well.
9. T H E L A B
Capacity:
700
Cost:
$30,000
Pros:
The LAB has a huge parking space in the back (the only one of
these venues with that) and great wall space in their courtyard for
branded content. LAB also has the most unique entrance of any of
the spaces (you walk through an outdoor “hallway” that looks like it
belongs in a Botanical Gardens before you reach the back entrance,
which leads you into the event venue.
Synopsis:
The LAB Miami is a creative campus for entrepreneurs and
innovators in the heart of the Wynwood Arts District. Miami’s
original co-working space, The LAB Miami is a 10,000 sq ft
warehouse converted to an event venue and collision point of
Miami’s forward thinking minds.
Cons:
The full space isn’t totally customizable. High cost. They’ve never
done this type of event before, so a learning curve is there.
10. T H E E D I T I O N H O T E L
Capacity:
2000
Cost:
Varies, packages starting at $15,000 for 2 hours.
Pros:
The Edition is easily the most upscale venue of the lineup. It also
has the most interesting venues within it’s locale. The skating rink
and the bowling alley are AWESOME and the club, Basement, is the
newest hotspot in Miami.
Cons:
High cost does not make a 24 hour activation possible within the
current budget, at all. MARKET: the open air eatery inside the main
floor costs 15k for 2 hours. Matador Terrace, next to the outdoor
pools has a 35k minimum buyout for 3 hours. Also, unless we pay
huge dollars, we cannot buyout the venues during main club
nights or most peak hours.
Synopsis:
Located in Mid-Beach—the historic “heart of Miami Beach”
between South Beach and North Beach—on a 3.5-acre private
enclave stretching from Collins Avenue to the ocean shoreline, The
Miami Beach EDITION is not merely a boutique hotel. Here you’ll
find an elegantly designed, intricately interlinked complex of
structures, spaces and settings that together offer a new kind of
luxury resort environment. Every aspect of the traditional beach
hotel has been re-imagined for the needs and desires of a new
generation, and every thought given to enhancing a guest’s stay,
whether for vacation, relaxation or work.
11. M I A M I S U P E R C A R R O O M S
Capacity:
700-1000 depending on the automobiles we can move around.
Cost:
$35,000
Pros:
The table setup next to each car is a great angle that the other
venues do not provide. Similar to Lou Lavie, being able to party next
to one of a kind vehicles is always a great draw for any activations.
Great location.
Synopsis:
Miami Supercar Rooms is the world’s first members-only Auto Art
Gallery and Gourmet Dining Experience – located in the heart of
Miami’s Wynwood Arts and Entertainment District. It features
everything from Leonardo Dicaprio’s Lamborghini Countach from
"Wolf of Wall Street” to dining tables placed outside of each exotic
car for an intimate and exotic dining experience.
Cons:
Higher cost than most of the other venues. 90 percent of the venue
is outdoors, so inclement weather is a real concern.
