2. Progress is
always the result of discontent.
It’s a radiant mountain summer. Morning dew, the scent of gentian and of herbs. Fog is still lying in the valley.
Coming from the shady side, we are now prowling across the rocky slopes. We are hunting the brown summer
chamois. The guide checks the hollow through his binoculars. I check my gun and optics for the hundredth
time in joyous anticipation — totally unlike the old bloodhound. He knows the routine — the chamois,
the guest …
3. HELIA CT
On the mountain, experience counts. So does every gram of equipment. The KAHLES HELIA CT shows its
strengths here with its slim, compact and featherlight construction. With non-magnifying reticles for minimal
target coverage at great distances. And with especially wide-dimensioned objective lens for the bright image
which is typical of KAHLES.
In other words: professional optics for passionate hunters.

SUBSTENSIONS

3power at 200 meters
10power at 200 meters
The CT reticle is located in the second image
focal plane. Since this reticle is non-magnifying,
the reticle subtensions become increasingly
finer as the magnification is increased. The
result: A finer crosshair in higher magnification
for the longer precision shot.

5. HELIA CT
{
The CT is easily mounted with existing one-inch mounts as a retrofit scope. The weight is low, the dimensions
compact — ideal for stalking game in difficult terrain. For instance, the high mountains, where the non-
magnifying sight in the second image focal plane performs at its best: Minimal target coverage with maximum
magnification. A decisive advantage, especially in combination with the KAHLES exclusive 4D long-range
hunting reticle.
With the HELIA CT line, KAHLES defines the standard in modern
riflescope construction in the one-inch class.
Excellent image qualities and low light capabilities in perfect harmony, with precise mechanics, low weight
and compact dimensions. Unsurpassed wide fields-of-view with excellent edge-to-edge clarity and resolution,
rich in contrast and brilliant in the image. Safe eye relief. Legendary KAHLES qualities which are natural
even in the slim HELIA CT series with the one-inch tube.
THE GREATEST PRECISION IN A COMPACT FORM.

The highest standards in twilight performance as well: Optimized KAHLES AMV coatings bring the HELIA CT
closer to the limits of physics than any other riflescope available. Visibly closer, especially in the last shooting light.
Meticulously created, constructed and built in the Vienna KAHLES plant. In accordance with the highest standards
and the competence of more than 100 years of experience. Compact, lightweight and rugged — the HELIA CT is
built for generations. Reliably waterproof, fogproof and shockproof, like all KAHLES riflescopes.

Optimized KAHLES AMV coatings
provide nearly loss-free transmission
in the critical spectral range of light,
around 520 nanometers, thereby
obtaining the last reserves from the
fading shooting light.
Complex internal optical construction provides
extremely wide fields-of-view with extreme
edge-to-edge clarity and previously unattained
freedom from distortions. Sharpness, contrast
and resolution of the reference class.
Robust reticles in the second focal image plane
do not increase size, therefore always remaining
equally precise. A decisive advantage at long
distances.
Absolutely repeatable, precise
adjustment mechanics.
Especially large ocular, optimized for
the best viewing comfort and quick
target acquisition.
Extremely robust high-grade material
housing, machined with the most modern
manufacturing methods out of a single
piece of high grade material.
