People tend to misjudge their abilities as an interviewee, be sure to practice your
interview skills beforehand with another person.
Being overconfident can sometimes come off as bad attitude, which shows a lack of
care.
Think carefully before you speak, try not to come off as a negative person.
Interviewers want to see the real you and how you handle things under pressure,
don’t lie about your abilities to get the job.

 Agreeableness is a personality trait which teaches an individual to be adjusting in almost all
situations, this character trait is highly desired in an employee.
 Individuals with openness to experience are generally very active, have inclination towards
creativity aesthetics and listen to their heart.
