• Residential Properties only
• Maximum Financing of Up to Rs. 50 Million (Terms and Conditions apply).
• Financing of Up to 70% of property value (Terms and Conditions apply).
• Financing Tenor of 3 to 20 years.
• Early and Partial settlement options as per the applicable terms.
• Tenor Rescheduling option as per the applicable terms.
• Complementary Property Takaful of the financing amount.
• Income clubbing option of Spouse only as co-partner

For Auto, Personal and
Home Financing:
a) CNIC copy & Employee Card copy
and employment letter
b) 2 passport size photographs (current
& colored)
c) Bank Statement/Bank Certificate (6
months)
d) Recent Salary Slip (3 months)
e) Any other document as required
under the approved policy
For Fleet Financing:
a) Request Letter for Financing;
b) Copy of Certificate of Incorporation;
c) Copy of National Tax Number certificate;
d) SECP certified Articles and Memorandum of
Association;
e) SECP certified Form A and Form 29 (latest);
f) Audited Financial Statements for last three
years;
g) Latest Management Accounts (certified);
h) Borrower’s Basic Fact Sheet for the requested
amount;
i) Certified True Copies of Computerized National
Identity Card / and or copies of Passport (where
applicable) of all Directors of the company;
j) List of suppliers and customers (preferably with
contact details).
