:
Honble President of India my petition PRSEC E 2017 09587 dated 22 July 2017 being disposed
of by Department of Justice without any relief in the name of court verdict. However President
of India is the Constitutional Head therefore this petition was addressed to the Honble President
of India for protection of Constitution. There is violation of Constitution by SC because of
likelihood of bias and violation of Order 38 of SC Rule 2013. SC refused to list the matter
before Constitution bench. Petitioners have exhausted all legal remedy. Hence there is no legal
remedy left for the petitioners before the court of law. Therefore petition is being put up before
Honble President of India for urgent relief
