2. • Oracle: Maintained 3 Oracle databases for the Telemarketing group. As part of the
maintenance of these databases I used SQL Worksheet to manipulate data, create
ad-hoc reports and to extract data.
• VB: Visual Basic was the front-end to our Oracle database and so I have used VB to
alter the appearance of the front-end and develop new features within the system and
also to change the data outcome of reports. I trained the agents in the use of the
system.
• Access: Designed databases for Telemarketing campaigns. Liaised with clients on
their requirements. Produced reports and maintained the databases. Used VBA to
design the front-end of the database. I trained the agents in the use of the systems.
Used VBA to design macros in Excel for colleagues.
