1. BOARD OF DIRECTORS RESOLUTION
TO OPEN BANK ACCOUNT FOR
BRAIN ASSETS LIMITED
Upon a motion duly made, seconded, and unanimously carried, it was adopted that
Corporate Account Should be opened for Brain Assets Limited.
RESOLVED, that the Director, Ogunsola James Olajide, be authorized and directed to open a bank account for the
Corporation with GTBank Plc, in the City of Lagos, which hereby is authorized to honor the deposits of the
Corporation, and checks drawn against such deposits signed by OGUNSOLA JAMES OLAJIDE, as long as there funds
in the account.
The undersigned, Directors, certifies that he is the duly elected as single signatory of this Corporation, and that the
above is a true and correct copy of the resolution that was duly adopted at a meeting of the Board of Directors,
which was held in accordance with State law and the Bylaws of the Corporation.
