 Planning and Scheduling project data using Oracle Primavera P6
 Revise preliminary master schedules, detailing the sequence of all work to be
performed.
 Develop detailed job plan packages (resources and duration loaded)
 Assist Project Managers in creating short-term schedule (what if scenarios)
monitor such schedules to determine impact on master schedule
 Assist in formulating actions to correct scheduling problems
 Provide information as needed on the content, modification or presentation
of project schedule
 Develop schedule include calendars, resource codes, activity codes, etc.
 Identify critical path
 Update schedule data
 Integrate field data change orders into schedule
 Optimize schedule as required to reflect progress and plan changes.

(e.g. floor-walking) setting
