2. WMT basics
• WMT uses Mobile networks to uplink (live) high quality video streams
• Possibility to use several data connections in parallel (multiplexed) to
send high bandwidth/quality video
• WMT can be used everywhere where (live) camera feeds needs to be
transmitted to any other location
• Total solution in one small mobile box connected to a (semi)
professional camera

9. WMT – video and audio
architecture
• WMT transport architecture is based upon RTSP
• All encoders in the system are RTSP servers
combined with an encoder:
• WMT client: H264 + AAC
• WMT playout: AAC encoder for audio retour
• All decoders are RTSP clients:
• WMT Client: AAC decoder for audio retour
• WMT playout: H264 + AAC

27. Hardware setup
Follow these steps to set up the hardware.
Connect the system with the 220V / 110V power cord
Connect a laptop or PC with the second Ethernet port. The first Ethernet port
is
located on the left, close to the power supply
Configure the IP interface of the PC with the IP address 198.18.0.50, and
use
subnet mask 255.255.255.0
Browse to this address: http://198.18.0.1
Select “Global” from the column on the left.
When you’re asked for a username and password, leave username empty
and use
29. CONFIGURATION OF THE WMT SERVER SOFTWARE
Basic setup per client
After configuring the IP address, click on settings of the client you want to configure.
The number should be the same as on the WMT client
Enter the license key of the WMT client (use copy and paste from the configuration
website of the WMT)
Leave all other settings on default.
Press “Save” and browse to “Overview”. As soon the WMT client connects,
listening should turn into connected.
