The 11th Malaysia Plan which will be tabled in Parliament in May 2015 will
move Malaysia forward as a transformed, resilient and competitive nation.
The 11th Malaysia Plan is the final plan before the year 2020 when Malaysia
is targetted to become a High Income Nation. The 11th Malaysia Plan will
address current and future challenges Malaysia will be facing in the years
ahead. The 11th Malaysia Plan will also entail the key economic challenges
going forward and identify opportunities, trends and issues.
The 2nd National Economic Summit will provide a timely opportunity to
discuss and deliberate on the 11th Malaysia Plan as well as provide a
platform for questions to be answered and issues clarified.The 2nd National
Economic Summit will provide an opportunity for participants to be updated
on the 11th Malaysia Plan and what it entails for the private sector. Where
are the new growth areas? Where will new opportunities be found?
The National Economic Summit will also provide a forum for key questions
on the economy to be discussed and debated.Are we moving forward in the
right direction? Will the 11th Malaysia Plan addresses the key economic
challenges? How can we become more competitive and resilient? Where
will future growth comes from?
