1. Ajna Chakra
Hi,
In our previous posts, we learned about The Muladhara Chakra,
Swadhishthana Chakra, Manipura Chakra, Anahata Chakra and
Vishuddha Chakra. Now in this post, we take a step forward and try to get
some knowledge about another most important human Chakra called,
“Ajna Chakra”.
2. In the center of the eyebrows
Ajna/Agnya = Command, Knowledge, Wisdom
The Ajna Chakra, also known as the Agnya Chakra because it is the main
center of perception, consciousness, and intuition., is situated in the middle
of the head, between the eyebrows. The Agya Chakra OR Ajna Chakra is
the sixth basic chakra in the Kundalini Chakra, located in the human body.
Agnya means knowledge and order. As a result, it is also known as the
"Third Eye." The center of intelligence and clarity is the Ajna Chakra. It
delineates the separation between the divine and human consciousness.
We reach Samadhi, or the Supreme Consciousness, when the energies of
these three nadis meet here and rise up.
Om, ” ॐ ” is its mantra. Indigo is the color of the Agnya Chakra. The
anupada element, which is the element of the mind, is its element. A white
Shivalingam, the representation of creative consciousness, serves as its
emblem. This cycle and any subsequent cycles contain no animal symbol.
There are only pure human and divine qualities at this level.
At this level of consciousness, there are "only two," the Atman and the
Paramatma (Self and God), and the lotus with its two petals serves as the
Ajna Chakra's symbol. The Ajna Chakra's idols depict Shiva and Shakti
united in one form. This indicates that although consciousness and nature
are already united in the Ajna Chakra, their union is not yet complete.
Unity, zero, truth, mind, and bliss are the characteristics of this chakra. The
use of the "third eye," which is a symbol of Lord Shiva, is a result of the
opening of the "eye of wisdom" within and the realization of the soul. The
"inner master" is seated in the Ajna Chakra. It stands for knowledge and
wisdom, which can be seen in every action. The ego-based genius has
given in to the rationality of the moral conscience's higher power. A
blockage in this chakra, on the other hand, reduces a person's capacity for
imagination and discernment, causing confusion.
3. The essence of Ajna Chakra according to Yoga Granth
इड़ा भागीरथी गंगा पिंगला यमुना नदी।
तर्योमध्यगत नाड़ी सुषुम्णाख्या सरस्वती।।
That is, 'Ida' nadi is called Ganga, and 'Pingala' nadi is Yamuna and
Sushumna nadi flowing between these two nadis is called Saraswati. The
place where these three nadis meet is called Triveni. One who bathes his
mind in this Triveni, that is, meditates on this chakra, all his sins are
destroyed.
Agnya Chakra is the meeting place of mind and intellect. This place, the
vertical top point is the place of the mind. The Yogi experiences the
Kundalini Shakti coming from the Sushumna path right here in the Ajna
Chakra. With the help of Yogic practice and Guru, the seeker enters the
Agnya Chakra of Kundalini Shakti and then by merging the Kundalini Shakti
into the Sahastrar Chakra, attains divine knowledge and the divine element
and attains salvation.
5. In the chakra system, the Ajna Chakra is described as a transparent lotus
flower. It has two white petals, which represent the two major nadis, Ida
and Pingala.
These are the two main nadis, which reach the central Sushumna nadi
before reaching the Sahasrara Chakra.
On its left petal is written "Hum" in white which represents the infinite
"Shiva". On its second petal, the letter “Ksham” is written in white color
which represents “Shakti”.
Hakini Shakti resides in the depths of the flower. It is depicted as a white
moon. Above this is hidden a white lingam or lingam in a
downward-pointing triangle. This triangle of this chakra in the form of a
lotus flower represents knowledge.
In the Ajna Chakra, the Ardhanarishvara form of the Lord is also shown,
which represents the union and power of Shiva and Shakti. As the chakra
of the internal energy power of our body, this chakra is also associated with
the layer of our aura, which is known as the etheric layer in aura science.
Color of Ajna chakra
Ajna Chakra or Ajna Chakra is the last energy center of the seven chakras.
The balance of this chakra in the human body provides freedom of thought
and expression. The blue color of this chakra represents its concept or
concept.
Its deep blue color gives it a depth of majesty and mystery of the deep
night. Its deep blue color seems to open doors of spirituality and divine
depth.
The blue color symbolizes intelligence and inner wisdom. Its blue color
provides clarity to all the five senses of the human body.
The blue color of this chakra encourages the transformation of energy from
the lower chakras into the spiritual vibrations of the higher chakras in the
human body.

perfection".

witnessing mood, this chakra starts to wake up.

Problems arising from blocked and unbalanced Ajna Chakra
● The most active Ajna Chakra -

and distraction from reality. A person whose Ajna Chakra is very active
lives in a fantasy world and often suffers from nightmares. It is difficult for a
person to remember events and their mindset is unchanging and
prejudiced. Such people are easily distracted, affected by anxiety, and have
a critical and sympathetic attitude.
● Under-active Ajna Chakra -
Typically, people with an underactive or inactive Ajna Chakra have poor
memory, difficulty learning and visualizing things as well as visualizing
imaginary images. It lacks intuition and is emotionless to others and always
plays a negative role. In some cases, people close this chakra to overcome
unpleasant memories.
