A 24/7 type Support project for the biggest Semiconductor company in the world, with a huge
landscape of over 65 servers and containing a vast SAP Netweaver platform with multiple components
and SAP modules. I was responsible for the following: ·
Activities Performed:
• Transporting Change Requests to Quality & Production systems at both SAP and OS levels.
• Creating daily SAP Healthcheck monitoring sheet for both Production & Non-Live systems.
• Scheduling of background jobs using third party tool like Maestro Tivoli Workload Scheduler.
• SAP R/3 Security basic activities like creating/locking and unlocking users.
• ABAP Dump Analysis.
• Handling day to day incidents/workorders using ticketing tools like Remedy.
