Nirish Shakya is a human-centred design leader, design educator and design thinking coach. He's currently leading the design of service experiences and design transformation at NOW TV in London. Before then, he was a UX Coach and Senior Consultant at Webcredible where he headed the UX training academy and helped clients build better customer experiences and kick off their design transformation initiatives. He also teaches UX and design thinking at General Assembly London.
