Introduction
1.1 background
Indonesia is 1,922,570 km² wide. There are many corporation running on the country
that spread 34 province. A tourism corporation, culiner, manufacture, or even any other
which split all around this rast land. Including one of the province, West Sumatera.
It is Padang, the capital city of West Sumatera. Padang have come through upturn in
building infrastructure and suprastructure. The government and investors have seek into the
choosen of location in the mean to make profitability, also carry on social responsibility. For
any kind of company and corporation.As well in culiner.
In Padang, already opened so many kind of business culiner. There are so much type
and concept of culinary business. The modern type, provide mix blend taste for local and
abroad deserve. The tradisional and the pure of each type. However, its not about the kind of
deserve they provide. But the reason of how the choose location and what kind of strategy
occur.
