My goal as a nurse educator, is my continued commitment to encourage, guide and provide our future nurses with the tools to develop the necessary skill sets to becoming active learners, critical thinkers, effective and efficient communicators, effective collaborators. Ultimately, to utilize my knowledge and skills to enhance approaches in advanced practice principles of nursing education, nursing theories, as well as to become a recognized as an academic & clinical leader who understands and utilizes evidence-based practice and education in order to increase quality of nursing care and safety.
