Always Expressed Himself In A Very High Cooperative
Manner. Work Well Managed In His Part To Follow Full
Project Direction

1. He Is Very Creative. . When He Started At Ila, He Have
Many Solution To Reduce Cost. . It Contributes To The
Mange Company Cost Better
2. When He Have Any Meeting With Other Department. He
Should Have Positive Communication With Others And Put
Himself In Their Position . . It Will Help Other Understand
What He Wants And They Can Be Willing To Support For His
Project

1. As A It Head, Mr. Dam. Links Mission, Vision, Values, Goals, And Strategies To Every Mis's Project.
Mis's Project Meet Company Mission And Goals
2. Dam Has Only Been With The Company For Short Time. My Department Has A Lot Of Interaction With
Mis And We Rely Heavily On Them To Progress With Projects. I Have Seen A Huge Positive Improvement
In The Mis Team, Response Time And Commitment To Work, However, There Is Still Room For
Improvement. I Don't see The Mis Team Managed Very Efficiently And My Team Still Faces Delays On A
Weekly Basis.. This Means We End Up Bothering Dam With Small Issues Because I Don't Have An Answer
From His Team. This Is Not Very Efficient And Can Be Improved.
3. Old It Manager Resign. Mr. Dam Start And Reform The Direction For The Running Projects mr. Đạm
Have A Clear Vision For How Technologies Will Be Applied In The Company. The Running Project Moving
Forward. and Coming Project To Apply The Technologies For More Effective Business
Objective following & priority setting
As Head Of It, Mr. Dam. Focuses On Results And Desired
Outcomes. Choose Best Way To Achieve It's Goals
Problem Solving
As A Head Of Mis, Mr. Dam Always. Shows Insight Into The
Root-causes Of Problems. Generates A Range Of Solutions
And Action With Benefits, Costs, And Risks Associated With
Each. Problems Has Solved

1. As A Head Of It, . Prioritizes Tasks By Importance And
Deadline. Discerns What Is Crucial , What Is Urgent. And
Adjusts Priorities As Situations Change.. It Tasks Be Done As
Timeline And Meet Company Goals
2. Compose Budget For Fy 2015. Mr. Đạm Set A Very Clear
