Project Management

to clients. We view our project management service as one of the

project managers, we will develop time lines for the project, apply
risk management assessments and work with the system
integrator project manager to coordinate the overall installation.
We will gather progress updates for our clients on a weekly basis,
including providing HD photos, control any cost overruns or
installation issues throughout the project.
We will evaluate the integrators process and make sure that all
aspects of the work are being done according to the scope of
works, and the works carried out meet the applicable Australian
Standards to the highest level. As the install approaches the final
stages, we evaluate the performance of the system to make sure
it is working as it was intended. Finally, as the project comes to an
end, we ensure appropriate equipment training has been
provided, we will produce all closing documents with the
integrators, sign off as built drawings and manuals, and give this
approved package over to our client.
