The challenge <ul><li>Social model (India) </li></ul><ul><li>Technological Environment – CWE (Europe) </li></ul><ul><li>Two pilots will produce findings with the hope that the mix of an innovative social model combined with a well-adapted technology can bring new opportunities to the ageing knowledge worker </li></ul>

  6. 6. Pilot in Europe <ul><li>WHERE ? Öresund region (Sweden/Denmark) </li></ul><ul><li>HOW ? With a heterogeneous group of ageing Swedes and Danes –both retired and working people. Folkuniversitetet in Sweden will run this group of people who will elaborate on areas of interest within nodes of growth in the region with collaborative working environments as working tool. </li></ul>
  7. 7. Pilot in India <ul><li>Where ? At Mahindra & Mahindra corporation </li></ul><ul><li>How ? By creating mixed teams of active workers and retirees working together on a same project and using collaborative tools. This method will also be tested to prepare future retirees who will continue to work with the company as it is common practice in India </li></ul>
  8. 8. Interest groups <ul><li>Interest groups will be set-up in the countries </li></ul><ul><li>Why ? To create awareness and collect input </li></ul><ul><li>How ? With blogs in national language </li></ul><ul><li>When ? Starting month 7 of the project </li></ul><ul><li>Who ? National actors working on this topic </li></ul>
