To whom it may concern.
Rock Lively has officially worked for Control Solutions Northwest since 10-18-2010. Priortojoining CSN he
worked for usthrough another firm as a contract employee. His demonstrated performance as a contract
employee caused us to extend an offer to Rock for regular employment. Although Rockjoined CSN as an
apprentice electrician, while employed with us he achieved hisjourneyman status and successfully achieved
01 electrical administrator status.
During his employment with Control Solutions Northwest, Rock has been highly dependable, worked well
with others, and always remained focused on the objective. Rock also showed an intuitive nature about him by
looking forward and anticipating the pace and direction ofthe projects assigned to him.
I believe Rock would be an effective project manager or team leader for any organization with complex,
multifaceted, schedule driven projects.
We regret that it became necessary to lay off Rock due to lack ofwork. If and when our backlog returns to a
level that supports additional resources. Rock would be welcome back to CSN provided he has not otherwise
committed to another employer.
