 Collaborated with command decision makers, who identified the commands growing information systems
requirements, from which I was able to recommend SharePoint as their best solution and provide a road
map for how to effectively implement the system.This resulted in, Portsmouth Naval Medical Center
choosing to migrate their current intranet website to the SharePoint 2013 platform, the creation of 2 new
positions to support SharePoint operations, as well the allocation of funds to procure the recommended
hardware.
 By working with different teams in the IT department I was able to facilitate the development of 7
Enterprise Solutions some of which included a .net branding solution for the Commands SharePoint
internet website, a new Command intranet portal solution,a Command Search Center solution, a Command
E-Forms and Records management solution, a customInformation Management Department Issue Tracker
Dashboard, Command Awards Reporting Center, Scripted SharePoint Deployment & SystemChange
Management Solution.
 Consulted CIO on the value and process of implementing an Enterprise Data Warehouse systemin
conjunction with the new Business Intelligence tools our new SharePoint systemhad to offer, and was able
to successfully in developing an acceptable data schema.
 With a small web services team of only 6, I supported scores ofdifferent web sites,and solutions ranging
from legacy IIS 5.0/asp based web form sites and their DB back ends to custom .NET 4.5 SharePoint 2013
Site Collections hosted from a shared web applications hosting secure multi zone Intranet, Extranet, and

 Spear headed the planning, systems architecting, and initial implementation of a large scale SharePoint
2013 intranet collaboration portal capable of supporting over57,000 users from 97 Navy Medicine
commands across the world with a concurrency of 2.5%, and a projected storage footprint of 20TB,
utilizing existing resources and only a partial project capital vesting of $250,000.

 Through frugal management of existing resources and leveraging cutting edge virtualization technology,I
was able to respond to harsh budgetary constraints by laying out a systemmodel that saved the command
almost $1.15 million compared to a rough order industry equivalent estimate of $1.5 million.
 Provided configuration and deployment instructions for the assembly of the commands new 4 node
Microsoft Server 2008 R2 Hyper-V server cluster which I advised Command decision makers to procure in
