• We shall examine the
  ecological systems perspective
  of understanding families and
  competing needs.
What is Transactional Analysis?

• We shall deepen our
  understanding how we as
  practitioners contribute towards
  those systems in terms of
  Transactional Analysis theory.
Communicating with Children

• We shall explore alternative
  methods of
  communication, with
  reference to children’s
  developmental needs.
The Impact of NVC

• We shall examine the
  impact of Non-verbal
  Communication (NVC)
  upon social interactions.
What is Solution Focused Practice?

• Finally, we shall analyse and
  evaluate aspects of ‘Solution
  Focused’ helping as an
  alternative strategy for
  working with children and
  families.
