approaches QPR in behalf of MenCap
to have football sessions just for girls,
following a demand by Action on
Disability and MenCap members.
• 2nd
June 2015: First session of
Disabled girls only football:
- Project fully funded by QPR
- Facilities given in kind by Phoenix
High School.
- 6 girls from different organisations
joined together to play football
- Nathan (Head Coach) and Keva
(Mentor) helped the first sessions
- Supervision by Action on Disability
and MenCap
3. After (almost) a month of delivery….
• We wish to have a team ready for tournaments.
• We are looking for more players!
• Sessions run every Tuesday from 5:00 to 5:55 pm at the Astro Turf pitch at
Phoenix High School, The CURVE, Shepherds Bush, W12 0RO
• Summer break from 27th
July until 7th
September.
