Nataly Larrabee joined CDI Managed Services in the spring of 2012 through the
acquisition of Apparo, a local managed services provider. When I joined the company
in late 2014, Nataly began reporting to me. As an Information Systems Administrator,
she was responsible for the systems administration of our key business systems –
ConnectWise (professional service automation), BrightGuage (reporting) and Quosal
(quoting). Her primary duties included the release management, integration
management and level 2/3 support of those key systems. Nataly also played a critical
role in the successful rollout of both BrightGuage and Quosal. With both systems, she
project managed the implementation, configured and customized the initial builds,
provided documentation for launch and conducted the initial training.
Nataly is an energetic and thoughtful individual. She is highly self-motivated and well
capable of achieving any goals she sets her mind to. Her successful launch and
management of key business systems is a testament to that. She diligently worked with
business stakeholders to build trust, understand needs and build implementation plans
that met the needs and timeline of the organization and business units.
Nataly welcomed new challenges and consistently met her deadlines. She would be an
asset to any company.
