Dear Sirs,
Economic Institute Maribor (EIM) worked with Ms. Natalija Oberčkal when she was employed by
Bober Design enterprise, between 1996 and 2001.
Bober Design, a small enterprise offering a top quality graphic design and printing, started working
with us in 1993, when it was selected by tender concerning a complete graphic design and support
for the European Small Business Seminar, the European Foundation of Management Development’s
event hosted for the first time in Slovenia, in Bled, in September 1994. Bober Design enterprise
provided us with excellent services and products, which have been recalled by the Conference
participants for many years.
During the following years, when Ms. Oberčkal joined the enterprise, Bober Design was appointed an
official designer of Ekonomski institut Maribor. The enterprise was responsible for development and
implementation of all graphic and related services, including graphic design of project and
conference logotypes, brochures, leaflets, posters, and other conference / seminar materials and
stationery. It was also responsible for complete furnishing of conference, seminar and other indoor
and outdoor venues, social and business events, and other related assignments of our Institute.
For several years, Ms. Natalija Oberčkal from Bober Design was our indispensable and precious
external assistant in planning, organisation and implementation of various national and international
conferences, seminars and other events. She was responsible for very diverse tasks, such as
conference venues, reception desk, logistic tasks, social events, conference back-office work etc. In
EIM, we remember her as a very competent and devoted organiser, providing us with topmost
quality services. She demonstrated commitment in attaining our objectives, sometimes having to
work very hard and be very flexible in order to accomplish assignments under a very short notice. In
addition, she was very skilled in communication, using several foreign languages, and provided our
guests and participants with warm welcome and hospitality, which were worth to remember for all
these years.
