High performance, mineral reinforced asphalt emulsion blended with polymers
and special surfactants for superior adhesion, flexibility and durability.
Unlike conventional sealers that require dilution of up to 50% water, PMM’s unique formulation allows for application at full
strength without dilution. PMM is job mixed with specialty graded aggregate to produce a coating that when properly mixed
and applied has a 58-62% solids, compared to conventional sealers which are applied at approximately 40-43% solids.

Polymer Technology
PMM incorporates the use of proven
polymer technology. Elastomeric polymers
are hot blended into PMM during the
manufacturing process to produce a coating
with added toughness, flexibility, adhesion
and weather resistance.

Water absorption into the dried sealer film is
one of the leading culprits of pavement seal-
er wear. Specialty surfactants are blended
into PMM during the manufacturing process
that greatly enhance wear characteristics.
