As you get closer to the event, work backwards from
the event date to ensure all programming items are
secured and completed.

12. Event Evaluation
At the close of each event, survey data should be analyzed and
compiled into a report. The information will be used to make
corrections where necessary and enhance further programs.
The following information should be assessed:

• Did you meet the program goals and objectives?
• What worked well?
• What are areas of improvement?
• Should we do this event again in the future?
• Overall Rating
