training manager and manager of training programs.
He collaborates with several Italian and foreign universities, he is chief of the
Italian branch of IAC (International Association of Coaching) and he was Vice
President of the AIF Associazione Italiana Formatori - (Board of Lazio Region) and
Coaching National Responsibile always for AIF. He introduced in 2006 (in several
Italian and international big companies) the chess metaphor as development
model for organizational behavior. Chess Candidate Master since 1990.
He is a FIDE and Italian Chess Federation instructor.

Trader and indipendent counselor. He worked in London in the banking sector
in the 1990s and started his own business in 1998 in Italy,
providing independent advisory services to High Net Worth individuals and
institutions, on stock, bond and investment funds. Specialized in strategies in
complex options and structured products, he provides support to corporate
treasuries on swaps and hedging on products, rates and currencies.
Lecturer for the London Stock Exchange Academy (Milan branch), he recently
presented his research on High Frequency Trading and the microstructure of
financial markets in Chicago at the Futures Industry Association, in London
(Option Industry Council),Amsterdam and Warsaw (FOW conference).

Chess International Grand Master,he is among the only 8 people who can count on this
title in the entire Italian history. He is a professional since 2006.
CEO of Accademia Internazionale di Scacchi, company specialized in chess training at
high levels and titled by FIDE (International Chess Federation)
as one of the best 10 academies in the world.
Italian champion U17 in 1999, Italian champion in team in 2008 and 2014,
he takes part several times to team competitions with the national team,
one of the most important Turin 2006 and the Mind Games of Beijing 2008.
