mentioned on the paper. This should give a clear idea what the society would adhere and the legal regulations that
it will follow in all the cases that may come across like termination of a member, meetings, forums etc.
4. Covering letter, a duplicate copy of memorandum of association, rules and regulations, an affidavit of the president
or the concerned member, proof of registered office and few other things. Thus, save the time and make the best
use of it for the strategies that are needed to follow for the society and leave the hurdle of registration to
Consultant?.
5. 80G registration-purpose of exemption of Income tax.
6. The exemption is under 80G of the Income Tax Act. However, the amount donated by a donor, must not exceed ten
percent of gross total income of the donor.
7. 12A Registration is a onetime registration that can exempt Income Tax of an organization. After this registration all
income shall not be taxable , constant follow up with the Income Tax department.
8. 35AC registration- NGO will have good change securing fund from donors.

include Project Proposal Preparation, Project Report Preparation, Event / Visit Report, Utilization Certificate, NGO

and Regulation, Deeds, Feasibility Report Development, Booklet, Format Development and Leaflet. The designing
of project report is very important funding projects for NGOs, so that tax is exempted and legal implication need to
be look into.
