Marinade your shrimp in lemon
juice, steak sauce, garlic, wine and
pepper for about 20 minutes.
Thread them onto skewers and
grill for approximately two
minutes per side or until the

Mix some grated ginger and rice
wine in a small bowl and transfer

In a food processor, grind some garlic
cloves, red Thai chiles and red bell

again. Put your crabs in a large bowl

for an hour and then grill for 12
minutes per side. Serve with the sauce
and top with chopped cilantro.

Red Pepper Sauce
Grind some garlic cloves, paprika,
peppers, olive oil, salt, almonds and
pepper in your food processor. Coat
your zucchini and salmon with cooking
spray and then season with salt and

minutes per side. Slice the zucchini and
serve them with the grilled salmon.
