1. In the framework of bilateral cooperation
between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the
Republic of Korea, the National Holding
Company "Uzbekneftegaz" and the
Consortium of Korean companies on a
parity basis was established by joint venture
in the form of a limited liability company
«Uz-Kor Gas Chemical».
2. The project symbolizes strategic
cooperation between the Republic of Korea
and the Republic of Uzbekistan
3. The project is one of the largest
investments of Korean companies In whole
Central Asian region.
3. Construction of
the UGCC
The construction of the Ustyurt Gas
Chemical Complex (UGCC) was
completed in September of 2015,
within 3 years and 3 month earlier
than scheduled date.
The complex consists of 5 main plants:
1. Gas separation plant;
2. Ethylene production plant;
3. Polyethylene production plant;
4. Polypropylene production plant;
5. Energy supply plant.
4. High density
polyethylene
HDPE production capacity of
the plant is 387 000 tons per
year, the following grades of
polymer:
1. Injection molding
2. Film
3. Pipe
4. Cross-linked pipe
5. Yarn and monofilament
6. Blow
6. High Density Polyethylene
FL7000
High Density Polyethylene Description FL7000 – is manufactured to be processed in
conventional blown film equipment by CSTR Slurry technology.
Thanks to Bi-modal design of molecular composition, FL7000 offers both excellent
processability and superior mechanical properties.
8. High Density Polyethylene
MF5000
High Density Polyethylene Description Description MF5000 is manufactured to be processed
in flat yarn for tarpaulin by CSTR Slurry process technology.
MF5000 is ideally suited for use in monofilament application. MF5000 offers good stretching,
spinning, high strength property and melting stability.
10. High Density Polyethylene
BL6200
High Density Polyethylene Description BL6200- is a HDPE resin produced via Slurry
process technology and suitable for use in blow moulding application.
BL6200 is designed to offer high speed processability, good ESCR.
