I am a graduate of the year 2012, August from UCL (university College Lahore) International
Program Law School, currently employed at Mandviwalla and Zafar as an Associate. Although I have
been fortunate to have an intellectual experience at all the law firms I have worked for, working in
cooperate sector has always been my motivation.
Brief History:
During my time at Imran and Sultan Advocates and Consultants, I.Q associates, Zahid Law
Associates and Corporate Consultants and Mandviwalla and Zafar, I have gained extensive litigation
and research experience in a wide range of civil and criminal cases along with banking and consumer
court trails and also constitutional petitions. I drafted and argued motions and prepared many of our
third party witnesses for deposition and for trial.
I have also had exceptional opportunities in my pro bono practice to develop as a litigator and to
pursue my commitment to public service. I have successfully dealt with a bail for 149F (Dishonouring
of cheques), which was compromised with my efforts. In a second case, I successfully represented a
client for the supurdari (repossession of a lost vehicle in the court of magistrate class 1 Officer).
Assisting for renowned cases as Ishaq Khan Khakwani vs Railway Board, multiple Tax petitions from
Minhaj ul Quran. Arguing for restoration of a case in the banking Court. Writing legal opinions for
corporations as DHA, EDEN, Allied Bank Limited, Panther tyres Limited, PAIR Investment Company
etc has been a routine matter.
Hence a variety of work alongside the business background from dealings with multi-nations for the
deliveries of Plastic Fashion bags and shrink and stretch wrap roles for Companies such as Tetra-pak,
