Executive Summary (List of Requirements andPlanning)
Strategies and synergy towards investment, savings and success
We have made a few analysis and research on the current developments in Malaysia as well as the
Asean region. The contamination of currency, weakness of the banking system and economic
recessionsintheAseanregionhadmoreorlessthreatened theeconomicdevelopment of ourcountry.
Inour opinion,if we couldlaunchanintegratedactiononthese issuesandalsooncertainsectors,not
only will it returned investors’ confidence but also of Malaysians in general. Therefore we suggest
launchingaprogramme called WorkTogetherWith ThePeople- 1Malaysia whichwillinjectsomespirit
into the people, traders and entrepreneurs in Malaysia.
1. Banking and Financing
We believeandare convincedthatif Malaysiaundertakesaninitiativetoestablishafinancesystem
and 1ASEAN bank (Asean Nations Bank) in the Asean region it will be able to:
a) Create an Aseanmoneycurrency
b) Setup a goldbullion bank forSoutheastAseanregion
c) Act as a savings and prepare funding for Southeast Asean countries especially Malaysia
d) Stabilize the currencyandalso the nation’seconomy
e) Avoiddisturbancesandthreatsfromcurrencyspeculators
f) Encourage investorsandforeignfinance institutionstoinvestand save theirmoneyin 1ASEAN

2. Education
Nowadays we see all sorts of problems arising from the cost of local and overseas education.
Malaysians had hoped the government will implement an integrated action capable of resolving
these problems permanently. It will benefit both the government and the people, especially
studentswhoare the nation’syoungergeneration. Therefore areshufflingof the highereducation
system and loan system are essential:
a) Beginning 2016, the government will only send students overseas for Masters and PHD
educationincertainselected fieldsonly. Insteadof sendingstudentsoverseasfordegree studies,
we shouldentice overseasstudentstostudyhere locally.Thereforebyyear 2020, Malaysiawill no
longerhave degree studentsinoverseasexceptforprivate studentsand studystreams whichare
not offered locally.
b) Amend and improve the Degree education system in all Malaysian universities. Beginning
from 2016 intake, all 4 year studies must be completed within 2 years. The 3rd
year is for doing
internshiporpractical trainingandduringthe 4th
yearall studentsare requiredtostudy the latest
technologyandpracticesintheirrespective fields.Thiswaycompaniesnolongerneedtotrainthe
students should they hire them to work.
c) IPTA andIPTN loanproblems:we are interestedto worktogetherwithEPFand Marainsetting
up a bank (Amanah Bank Berhad or Family Bank Berhad).
 Thisbank will onlyprovide loanssolelyfor education (SPUPS) to all Malaysians.
1. Bank will be openednearbyoratall EPF offices.
2. Accountnumberbegins withICnumberfollowedbyEPFmembershipnumber.
3. To buy back all education loans and place them in one integrated management and
administration.
4. Studentsneedtobring onlythe IPTA or IPTN offerletters. The bank will deal directly
withIPTA and IPTN. Poor studentscan go to specificbodiestorequestforassistance
for departure and registration costs only.
5. A lax repaymenttime period will be giveni.e one yearfromthe date of completionof
studies (during this time graduates will be job hunting). Students are required to
informthe bankif theyare still unable tosecure ajobafterone yearfromcompletion
of their studies. Students will then be charged a 4 percent interest rate on the loan
instead of the rates currently used by banks.
6. All loansneedtobe repaidwithin5years.Altogetherthe total loanperiodis6years.
7. For those whofailedtorepaywithinthe specifiedtime frame, adirectdeductionwill
be made from theirEPFcontribution.
8. For those who are serving the government, once they have entered the pension
scheme, the governmentshouldrepay the loan balance and deductionwill be made
from their salary.
9. All governmentandprivate sectorsalarypaymentsmustbe made toBankAmanahor
Family Bank Berhad during the first 6 years.
10. Neither employer nor the government need to pay employees’ salary through
Amanah Bank or Family Bank Berhad if they have fully repaid the loan. We suggest
that all employersandthe government solely use thisbank whenpayingemployees’
salary.
 Shouldthe governmentrequiresbank ToProvide Loans for Education and to PettyTraders
(SPUP-SPPPK)
1. Educationloansystemwill be basedonitemslistedabove C) 1till C)10
2. All governmentloanschemesforpettytradersmustbe made onlythroughthisbank
3. To buyback all small loans
4. When these petty traders received approved loans from MARA, TEKUN or any other
government institution, they should then discuss with the bank and KKPKP
representative inthe bankonwaysto disburse the loan and repayment of the loan.
5. All loans are 100% controlled by the bank and KKPKP.
6. Profits will be given to traders upon the completion of projects.
7. Traders are not allowed to open other bank accounts other than with this bank.
8. Receipts and payments to be made only through this bank.
9. The interest rate will be 4% on the loan amount
10. Should any incidence of misappropriation, fraudandwrongdoing occur,a reportand
legal action will be taken against:
I. Trader
II. Loan approval officer(MARA,TEKUN andwhicheveragency

III. Bank officermanagingthe account

3. Agriculture
90% of agricultural produce constitute food sources. Food sources have shorter life span period
compared to other sources. Hence there a constant need for food sources. As such, focusshould
be given to all agricultural output or industrial produce. Unfortunately Malaysia’s agriculture
industryismainlyonasmall scale basiswiththe exceptionof oil palmindustry.Mostof ournation’s
foodsourcesare importedfromoverseas. Therefore we intendtotake the initiative insettingup
1 or 2 large scale companies (public listed companies) specifically in the agriculture industry
especially in rice paddy and fisheries.
1. LKIM had in the past undertakenbutfailedinitseffortto turn the fisheries industryinto
a larger scale industry. Therefore SKIP SDN.BHD is set up to work together with LKIMto
resolve this problem.
2. In the rice paddy industry, problems can be seen arising from various sectors such as
irrigation, machineries etc. We will work together with the agriculture and agro-based
departments, MARDI and UKM in order to establish large scale farms to resolve the
problems faced.

4. Oil and Gas
The oil and gas industry makes a huge contribution to the nation’s economy. However the
GDP/KDNK rate shows it only falls within the 18% range, per the recent announcement by the
government.
Therefore itishightime Malaysiahasanotheroil andgas company as bigas Petronas. We intend
to setup an oil and gas companyin Malaysiawhichwill focuson:
a. procuring (Import) oil andgas fromothercountries
b. to supplyandmanage storage farm

  • 8. FISHERIES RICE PADDY 3. Agriculture 90% of agricultural produce constitute food sources. Food sources have shorter life span period compared to other sources. Hence there a constant need for food sources. As such, focusshould be given to all agricultural output or industrial produce. Unfortunately Malaysia’s agriculture industryismainlyonasmall scale basiswiththe exceptionof oil palmindustry.Mostof ournation’s foodsourcesare importedfromoverseas.
