WORK EXPERIENCE:
Petro Service since May 2014 till now as a Rig Mechanic
Rig details:
2000 HP Drilling rig with top drive (TDS 11 SA), 4 CAT 3512 Bgeneration
and 3406 Emergency engine, Drawwork 2000 HP Bomaco and 3 Mud
pump F 1600.
Job Responsibilities:
 Performs daily checks to assureequipment is running within
proper limitations.
 Troubleshootmechanical failure for root-causeand repair's
required.
 Caterpillar 3512 engines and power generators.
 Hydraulic and pneumatic mechanisms.
 Specific equipment for the oil rigs (draw-works,top drives, mud
pumps, moving systems, etc.)
 Document all work which is performed on work orders
 Supportcritical spare parts inventory and initiate purchases
orders for all kinds of parts and equipment as required.
 Keep clear communication with the other oil rig crew members,
relief and supervisor.
Petro Service January 2012 to May 2014 as a Night Mechanic
 Maintenance, and repair workers in maintenance, parts
replacement, and repair.
 Document all work which is performed on work orders.
Egyptian Chinas Drilling Co. (ECDC) January 2011 to April 2012
as an Asst. Mechanic
 Help installation and maintenance with senior mechanic.
