Flip’s Social Shopping platform blends the power of social media with the
buying appeal of e-commerce. Customers receive pieces of clothing based on
their preferences, likes, and interactions.
The fitting room is flipped into the living room, where they try on everything
and share photos on the Flip social platform to get a thumbs up or down from
friends on what looks best.

16. Something more organisational
● In LA there’s an office and departments such as marketing, finance,
sales and operations. In Poland there is our tech hub. We don’t have
the office in Poland yet that’s why we work 100% remote.
● We usually start from 8 AM to 9 AM CEST (depends on your
preferences and team meetings) and we usually end from 4 PM to 5
PM CEST; if you want to work differently don’t be afraid to ask and
inform your supervisor and team. When they accept, you can work in
more convenient time for you.
● We are open to flexibility. Nonetheless we apprece that you are
available for the rest of the team if they need you.
● We don’t work on weekends (in case of a critical bug we have shifts
which are determined by TL or consult with the chiefs).

● We usually work full-time.
● We co-operate basing on B2B contracts only.
● We are an international company so English for us is very important,
some of the team members don’t speak Polish at all; we require
knowing English at least on B2 level.
● We work in scrumban.
