This document summarizes Auxico Resources Canada Inc.'s mining properties in Mexico. It outlines that Auxico holds 15 historical mines and prospects in Zamora, Mexico, including the Los Olotes and Campanillas mines. Recent work has identified a 12km structure hosting multiple historic mines. Sampling has returned high grades of silver and gold. Auxico intends to purchase a 200 tonne per day processing plant and conduct bulk sampling at Los Olotes and Campanillas. The board and management have over 100 years of mining experience. Further details on Auxico and its properties can be found on its website or by contacting the CEO or President.

3. AUXICO BACKGROUND
• The Company holds 15 historical mines / prospects in Zamora,
Mexico
• Auxico filed a non-offering prospectus in May 2017 to take
the Company public
• Private placements completed for CDN $2.5 million with high
net-worth investors (common shares issued at $0.25 per share)
• Company is presently seeking funds to begin a
rehabilitation/bulk sampling program and resource
verification at the Los Olotes and Campanillas Mines
• Equity financing: issuance of common shares at $0.25 per
share
• Auxico presently has 31,210,000 shares outstanding.
6. NEW SAMPLES TAKEN AT
CAMPANILLAS IN A 225M LONG DRIFT
Intensely altered, brecciated, and mineralized
with iron and silver sulphides. These samples were
taken in a newly accessed part of Campanillas along
a 225m long drift. The quartz vein system, predominantly
in a NE bearing structure measures at least 7-8m wide
and it is crosscut by numerous NS quartz veins. The
intersection of this NE and NS structure appears to be
the cause of this wide zone, which doesn’t include the
unknown width of the mineralized breccia host rock

10. THE ZAMORA PROPERTY
• The Zamora Property is an historical producer of silver and
gold; there has been no exploration on the Property in the
past
• In 2014, Auxico conducted a sampling program on 5 of the
16 historic mines/prospects
• The best sample yielded over 14 kg of silver and 20 g of gold per tonne!
• The hanging walls contain large mineralized
stockwork/breccia systems that had never been tested or
mined in the past
• Infrastructure at Zamora is excellent:
• Close to city of Culiacan (85 km away), close to major highway
• Historic infrastructure can be used
11. GRADE VERIFICATION
• La Franca: up to 1.72 kg/t Silver, 12.96 g/t Gold (sampled by the author of the 43-101
Technical Report)
• Campanillas: up to 14.6 kg/t Silver, 15.53 g/t Gold (sampled by the author of the 43-
101 Technical Report)
• El Triumfo: up to 286 g/t Silver, 2.54 g/t Gold (sampled by the author of the 43-101
Technical Report)
• Los Olotes: (sampled by the Mexican Government Geologists, underground at the 17m, 23m and
30m levels)
up to 6.6 kg/t Silver, 44 g/t Gold over 0.5m
up to 3.15 kg/t Silver, 13.4 g/t Gold over 1.6m
• La Camachina: historical values up to 5.1 kg/t Silver, 23.5 g/t Gold
(weighted average on the 17m level of 609 g/t Silver, 3.1 g/t Gold)
• Chico Pico: surface sample yielded 429 g/t Silver, 0.12 g/t Gold (sampled
by the author of the 43-101 Technical Report, new discovery of a parallel quartz vein)
• (Note: The La Franca property is not part of the Zamora Property and is
not owned by Auxico. These grades are shown for informational
purposes only.
12. USE OF PROCEEDS
• The Company plans to purchase a 200 tpd plant, as well as
do engineering, ore verification and gear up for
commissioning and bulk sampling at the Los Olotes and
Campanillas Mines; and for general working capital purposes.
• The Company intends to purchase and install a mobile
gravity & flotation plant (200 tonnes per day)
• Capital cost of approximately US$500,000.
• At the same time, the Company will rehabilitate two above
mentioned mines
• Actual production (200 tpd) can begin as early as Q1 2018.
• Additional funds will be used to explore along a 12 km
structural anomaly on the property.
13. At the cornerstone of NI 43-101 are the following four fundamental principles:
1.all scientific and technical disclosure (including reserve and resource information)
concerning a mineral project on a property material to the reporting company must be
prepared by or under the supervision of a qualified person or "QP";
2.all disclosure of the quantity and/or grade of a mineral deposit must be reported only
within the prescribed five categories of "mineral reserves" and "mineral resources" (proven
reserves, probable reserves, measured resources, indicated resources and inferred
resources) and as set out in NI 43-101;
3.a technical report (sometimes required to be prepared by an independent QP), prepared
as set out in Form 43-101F1, in certain circumstances must be filed to support scientific or
technical mineral disclosure in respect of a mineral project on a property material to the
issuer; and
4.other scientific and technical mineral disclosure is restricted.

• Jacques Arsenault, CFO
• Joel Scodnick, P.Geo., Qualified Person
15. SUMMARY
1. Board members have over 100 years of experience in
financing, acquisitions, and mine making;
2. Recent work on the property has identified a 12 km long
NE-bearing structure that has never been explored in the
past but is host to several historic mines as can be seen in
slide #8. At the Zamora Mine in the south, the author has
discovered what is believed to be an extension of the
Zamora vein to approximately 1 km in length and open in
all direction; and about 7 km to the north the author has
gained access to the northeast adit in the Campanillas
Mine where all of the samples selected are showing
evidence of intense alteration, brecciation, and
mineralization. The quartz vein system is at its widest point,
around 7-8m, where mining ceased operation in the early
1900’s.
