 Developing suppliers with regard to root cause analysis and factual findings. Working directly with suppliers

 Performing readiness reviews for various projects and working with suppliers during the initial phase of

authorization costs, improve processes, improve product quality and manufacturability, and improve
interdepartmental communication. All Kaizen events lead to measurable improvements.
 Oversaw the control, maintenance, and development of the gauge calibration system, document control
systems, work instructions for product quality, master preventive maintenance schedule for torque tools,
et'al. Accountable for the distribution, calibration and repair of test equipment, securing A2LA laboratory
facilities, and all aspects of document control.
