This document discusses contouring of clinical target volumes (CTVs) for lymph nodes in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It describes the different lymph node stations that should be included as CTVs for NSCLC based on the primary tumor location and laterality, as defined by the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer atlas. Precise delineation of lymph node CTVs is important for adequate target coverage and avoidance of unnecessary radiation to surrounding healthy tissues.
