A MATHEMATICAL MODEL FOR STURGEON FISH
PRODUCTION IN WATER TEMPERATURE FLUCTUATION
 Aquaculture and Sturgeon fish production has a high
rate in Iran. Climate of Iran led to water temperature
fluctuation
 Mathematical spreadsheet model is presented
 to predict the Sturgeon fish growth based on monthly
average water temperature and specific growth rate
SGR.
 In the winter in such location the water temperature
is lower than 17 °C. Low temperature will cause on
very low growth.
 Because of low price Gas Energy in Iran, it can be
economical to warm the water for higher growth rate.

T : Temperature
Topt : Optimum growth temperature
Dt : Timer interval
