3. THE DIRECT EFFECT OF DISCRIMINATIONS TO THE CUSTOMER
SATISFACTIONS AND ORGANIZATIONS REPUTATION AT NORTH CYPRUS
INTRODUCTION
• The workplace is one of the areas in which discrimination most frequently occurs.
• At the article we will focus on the main tree type of discriminations in high education institutions at north
Cyprus which is: -
1- Race
2- Religion
3- Gender

4. Discriminations may affect the clients
• Workplace discrimination against the employees
also can affect the organization reputation
directly indirectly

5. • Discriminations may affect the clients directly.
for example, if your company provides services to a certain group of people based upon particular demographic
criteria, such as race.

race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disabilities, political affiliation, and national or social origin).

• Is the Discriminations affect the student’s satisfactions to continue the education in north Cyprus?
• Does the Discriminations against employees affect the Reputation and market share of the universities?

8. HYPOTHESIS
• Hypothesis 1: Perceived discrimination at universities is positively related to student’s satisfaction.
• Hypothesis 2: The Discriminations have negative effect on organization reputation.
