For users who rent 50 m2 or more of white space, we provide access to the SCADA system where
the user and NOC. We monitor temperature, humidity, video surveillance, sensors, real
consumption of energy and other parts of infrastructure and their own equipment, as they are
in their own data center. Access control in rented space of data center is in the sole domain of
the user. Our emloyees perform infrastructure maintenance services, and serve as a hands-on-
site in case of need for any user for intervention into the space or equipment.
Price of larger rented space is defined by several parameters: rental of square meter, rental of
reserved IT power (with full infrastructure) in the minimum amount of 0.88 kW/m2, the index
of real consumption, the need for maintenance, rental of office space for the undisturbed
operation of the beneficiary employees and Business Continuity needs.

CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT COLLOCATION
WHITE SPACE RENTAL EQUIPMENT COLLOCATION
Customer equipment collocation can be on the cabinet (rack) level, up to smaller parts such as
individual Units. We can, under certain conditions, provide card access control to whole or
half closets, as well as a model is viable which measures actual consumption on cabinet’s level.
Offer for collocation includes rental of meters per square, rental of reserved IT power (with full
infrastructure), minimum of 0.88 kW/m2, the index of real consumption, possibility of renting
rack, possibility of locking closets and/or implementation of card access control, and optical
connections to the location of the user elsewhere.
DATACROSS® PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
DATACROSS® | All rights reserved
DATACROSS® offer the possibility of renting closet space. This area is in so-called “shared”
model part of the data center, but we can, under certain conditions, provide card-based access
control.
Users of rented closet space receive within the offer one unit price, which includes all costs
except maintenance costs, which is part of a separate offer. Our experts can maintain user
equipment, and the user may want to do that with the help of our employees or third parties.
Unlike most of colocation and hosting models that can be found on the local market, PCK
dedicated servers are not located in foreign countries, and by phone call or email to NOC of our
Company you reach employees which provide operational assistance in case of need for
intervention for our experts on your equipment.
7.10.2016. 11
MEET ME ROOMS
RACK SPACE RENTAL
There are two completely separate MMR’s (IT Reception room_A and IT Reception room_B) in
which the user performs reception from two different directions (optical fiber - two
independent optical routes). Physical connections may be an optical fiber cable, coaxial cable,
twisted pair, or any other networking medium.
MMR limits customers from installing large amounts of equipment. However, multiplexing
equipment is welcome in the meet me room, so that a customer can have a single connection
between the MMR and the rest of their equipment in the DATACROSS® and the multiplexing
equipment can then break that out to allow for direct, private connections to several other
users present in the MMR.

DATACROSS® PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Common infrastructure maintenance services are charged to all users of data center space by
power consumption and leased power, while maintaining for customer is included in the
price.
Infrastructure is checked daily, and at least once a week thoroughly trained employees of
DATACROSS® do tests of entire infrastructure. Installed infrastructure was contracted by
the model of perennial guarantee terms with mandatory minimum of spare parts for each
piece of infrastructure that suppliers provide, if needed.
7.10.2016. 12
VIRTUAL INFRASTRUCTURE
COMMON INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE
Monthly rental of virtual infrastructure through model of resources that can be
administrated by the user himself. We as supplier need only client’s input related to desired
elements of infrastructure (such as vCPU, vRAM, Disk space, Operational system,
types of link and similar) and prepares for customer infrastructure as resource pool
that is being used through one or more server instances (VPSes).
DATACROSS® offer to our customers on infrastructure that is virtualized by VMware or
HyperV technology and for the purpose of data backup we use VEEAM products.
Monthly rental of virtual infrastructure customer securest quality and flexible infrastructure
with zero CAPEX investment and uses resources pool as primary location and/or disaster
recovery while entrusting data to specialized company that maintains data centers and

Data Center DATACROSS® is built in
accordance with Tier 3 standards:
Tier 3: Concurrently Maintainable Site Infrastructure
The fundamental requirement(s):
 A Concurrently Maintainable data center must have redundant capacity components and multiple independent
distribution paths that serve the computer equipment. Generally, only one distribution path serves the computer
equipment at any time.
 All IT equipment must be dual powered and installed properly to be compatible with the topology of the site’s
architecture.
The performance confirmation test(s):
 Each and every capacity component and element in the distribution paths can be removed from service on a
planned basis without impacting any of the computer equipment
 An outage or failure of any capacity system that is not planned will impact the computer hardware.
 An outage or failure of a capacity component or distribution element that is unplanned may impact the
computer hardware.
 There must be a permanent sufficient amount of capacity to meet the needs of the site when redundant
components have been removed from the service.
The operational impact(s):
 The site is susceptible to disruption from unplanned activities. A computer disruption can be caused operational
errors or spontaneous failures of site infrastructure components.
 Planned site infrastructure maintenance can be performed by using the redundant capacity components and
distribution paths to safely work on the remaining equipment.
 In order to establish Concurrent Maintainability of the critical power distribution system between the UPS and
the computer equipment, Tier III sites require all computer hardware have dual power inputs as defined by the
Institute’s Fault Tolerant Power Compliance Specification, Version 2.0 Transfer devices, such as point-of-use
switches, must be incorporated from computer equipment that does not meet this specification.
 There can be an increased risk of disruption during maintenance activities. (This maintenance condition does
no defeat the Tier rating achieved in normal operations.)
