inclusion, critical thinking, civility and equity perspectives

understanding perspectives other than one’s own as well
as checking assumptions, biases and interpretations
Part II: A Diversity dialogue strategy for facilitating diversity
tensions and raising participants’ consciousness of different
perspectives
• A working (evolving) model for actualizing inclusion and
community building
