Developed Hawaiian cultural programs for the resorts associates and guests. This garnered a lot of
attention to the resort,and created a very strong connection with our guests, and team
Developed in partnership with Julie Reiner, beverage consultant firm out of New York the resorts cocktail
beverage program. This program successfully created a very special guest experience as well as
generating outstanding revenues and profits
Created a successfulpartnership with Iron Chef Morimoto to operate one of the resorts signature
restaurants
Developed Spa Avili’s product blending concept, where guests customized their treatment products with
our apothecary consultants
Developed Pop up Shop retail programs with local island retailers
Developed Andaz Maui radio in partnership with a Maui local radio station
Ka`ana Kitchen Restaurant awarded the `Aipono award for best new Restaurant in 2013
Ka’ana Kitchen Restaurant awarded `Ilima Award for Best Neighbor Island Restaurant

In 2010 Hyatt Regency Scottsdale was the #1 hotel out of 122 Hyatt hotels in North America for
KPI reporting. This report measures all significant metrics IE: GOP,REVPAR,customer service,
and Employee engagement.
For my last LRA secret shopper report measuring standards, we scored a 95.7 % the second
highest in the company
Improved Trip Advisor position from # 26, to #4 during my tenure
Successfully completed major guest room renovation in 2009. Transforming and repositioning the
resort. Total investment was over 60 million dollars during my tenure
Increased customer satisfaction every year during my tenure from 2008 to 2011
Improved overall REVPAR INDEX star position of the resort to #2 of 6.
Methodically looked at every department while in a downturn economy and created new ways of
doing business to create efficiencies
Successfully outsourced the Laundry department, and the Housekeeping department to create
more efficiency in 2009
Developed and opened Canyon Market, the resorts General Store
Developed and opened Noh, Japanese Sushi Bar,and restaurant.
Re- imagined the associated dining room, creating a new standard for our associates
Developed the Four PAWS pet friendly program
Developed “ Wine me Dine me” and “ Feed Me” dinner programs in SWB restaurant increasing
our average check,and customer satisfaction
Developed Hyatt’s “ Meet and Be Green” sustainable meetings package program for Hyatt
Developed Hyatt’s “Eco Traveler” program for The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale
Moved the Regency Club operation to an underperforming restaurant gaining a better guest

Grand Hyatt DFW
General Manager
Appointed General Manager of the Grand Hyatt DFW four months after opening. During my tenure, I
took the property to 1 of 5 for REVPAR in our comp set. We achieved outstanding customer feedback
and we were always in the top 3 in North America for Customer service metrics during my tenure. The
Grand Hyatt DFW was consistently # 1 in Trip advisor. The property exceeded all profit goals during my
22 months as the hotel’s General Manager, and had I established terrific owner relation with the DFW
airport authority, the owner of the property. Nominated General Manager of the Year 2005, Hyatt Hotels
Hyatt Regency Kentucky
General Manager
The Hyatt Regency Kentucky was my first General Manager position. The hotel had never had a
renovation in 25 years. I was able to lead the team to produce better results despite our physical
shortcoming.
We improved the hotels overall REVPAR index ranking for our comp set from #5 of 6 to #3 of 6. I
improved significantly in all customer service metrics, owner relations, and relations with the Lexington
Convention Center.
