I am writing to thank you for your contribution as a Site Manager to the 800MHz Clearance
programme. The 800MHz (Channel 61/62) Clearance Programme has been delivered 14 months
ahead of the original plan and enabled the earlier release of the 800MHz spectrum for 4G mobile
usage. The programme has impacted 13.4 million homes with no major incidents and has received
Qlaudits fLQm ~roadcasters, QUK, Ofcom and DCM~. _ _ __ ~ _
Your management of safety on site has ensured there have been no major incidents or accidents,
and your day-to-day contractor coordination has ensured we have delivered on time. Additionally,
your weekly reports and updates to the PMO have meant the programme management team have
had up-to-date and accurate progress status from which decisions could be made.
There is also a chance that the photos you took and incorporate in to your weekly reports were used
for progress reports to the Broadcasters and Ofeom!
