Michael Martin’s performance while in HVD Lines Design and Standards was excellent. He completed all
tasks that were assigned to him in a professional manor. He asked relevant and intelligent questions
when needing guidance. Michael will make a great addition to any engineering group within Consumers
Energy.
Some of the activities, responsibilities and accomplishments Michael had while in HVD Lines Engineering
are: Revised and updated the HVD Units Cost book; completed pole evaluations as part of Form 391
reviews and pole replacement projects; participated in PD testing for Wealthy- La Grave 46kV UG;
gained experience with PLS_CADD; participated in line surveying and pole staking; review and
completion of record engineering tasks. –Justin Lancaster
