These services encompass all secretarial functions for our managed property such as meetings,
registrations, formulation of rules, advice on all matters and procedures, SARS, and dispatching
of notices and regulations.
Accounting Function
These services encompass all accounting functions for our managed property such as preparing
monthly un-audited income, expenditure and arrear reports for submission to the trustees and
the members, submitting annual audited financial statements to members. De Lucia
Management keep full records of the administration in accordance with Generally Accepted
Accounting Practice (GAAP), the Sectional Titles and the new Companies Act and will assist with
the Memorandum of Incorporation of the various Companies.
De Lucia Management is registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) and is a
member of National Association of Managing Agents (NAMA).
