1. Enhancing Soil Health and Crop
Producitvity using Artocarpus
heterophyllus (Jackfruit) Seeds as a Soil
Amendment in Sustainable Agriculture
DURON’S GROUP
3. Null Hypothesis
There is no significant difference in soil acidity level, NPK content
and plant growth parameters between the control group and the
groups treated with different concentrations of Artocarpuss
heterophyllus seeds as a soil amendment.
5. Scope and Limitations
The main focus of this study is to determine how unhealthy soil
that causes low crop production affects the community, how they
affect people and farmers, and how to enhance the soil and crop
productivity. The researcher will focus on the soil‘s acidity level,
Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium level and plant growth parameters
other types of factors that can prove the soil health and productivity
will be excluded.
6. Scope and Limitation
In addition, only 10 seeds, 15 seeds, 20 seeds of jackfruit seeds
will be used to determine what concentration will be more attractive to
enhance soil health and crop productivity. The researcher will only test
soil that are found in Gensan.
